Amendments to the Conway Area MPS & LUB

The Council of the Municipality of the District of Digby will consider final approval of the amendments to the Conway Area Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-Law. The object of the amendments is to allow for certain residential uses in the Commercial General Zone.
A Public Hearing about an amendment to the Conway Area Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-Law will be held on October 22, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. at the Municipal Office, located at 12548 Highway 217, Seabrook, Nova Scotia. The object of the amendments is to allow for certain residential uses in the Commercial General Zone.
A copy of the amendments to the Municipal Planning Strategy and By-Law may be obtained below or from the Office of the Municipal Clerk, 12548 Highway 217, Seabrook, Nova Scotia, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
